UniCredit Bank AG was one of the first German banks to take an in-depth look at the risks in its property loan portfolio – actively and very openly. The affected loans and/or properties were analysed, prepared and then professionally marketed by the newly founded division Property Sales Management.
In 2010, due to the positive experience, the bank decided to offer its expertise to the rest of the market.
Since 2004 we have successfully marketed over 40,000 individual properties with a transaction volume amounting to approx. €4.8 billion.
