Building 3
Building 3’s facade features fair-colored sandstone and red brick. The building behind the face offers well-appointed offices and, on the ground floor, entryways and spaces capable of being used for shops and restaurants.

Destined to be utilized as a restaurant, conference center or exhibition space, a pavilion is situated in the center of the western courtyard.
