HypoVereinsbank pools real estate expertise in newly shaped HVB Immobilien AG
Munich, den 1.4.2010: Effective as of 1 April 2010, HypoVereinsbank is pooling all units involved in the management and marketing of real estate in one company, HVB Immobilien AG. The real estate competency centre HVB Immobilien AG will manage the properties used by the Bank (or the Group) as well as the non-strategic properties, such as those not used (or no longer used) by Group companies. It is also responsible for properties acquired by HypoVereinsbank through restructuring and workout loans and takes on management responsibilities for selected properties owned by subsidiaries of UniCredit Bank AG. The pooling of these real estate units combined with the strong regional presence will in particular simplify portfolio management and the sale of properties. |

München, den 8.3.2010: It is not the first award that Salvatorgarage won for the stockpliling in 2006, but perhaps it is one of the most honourable. The "price for urban care" (Preis für Stadtbildpflege) was awarded in the competition for "Cultural Heritage and New Building 2008". |
